Spacewaves

Spacewaves is an asteroids-style game inspired by Walkman controls - for the 2020.2 Brackeys Game Jam.

Pesky sound waves want to ruin your '80s retro synthwave vibes! Blast them before they ruin the music to score points. 

Pick up power-ups along the way to help out:

• ⏺ Free points (didn't finish)
• ⏪ Rewind and regain lost health
• ⏩ Speed things up (+ invulnerability)
• ⏸ Freeze!

Didn't make it? Use your points to upgrade and improve your high score!

Keyboard Controls:

• Turn and Boost: WASD/Arrow Keys
• Fire: Enter/Space/Mouse Click
• (Dev) Spawn Powerups/Enemies: K/L. Left this in because why not.

Gamepad:

• Turn and Boost: Left Stick/D-Pad
• Fire: A/B
